1.  The Cosmo 28-Day Butt Challenge

For a healthy, non-surgical approach to the butt lift, you’ll need a good fitness challenge that focuses entirely on your booty.  For 2016, Cosmo has hooked us up with their 28-day Butt Challenge.  You’ll be glad to know that it goes way beyond just doing boring old squats!

2.  The Bikini Series Challenge with K&K

We can’t ignore the butt, and of course we can’t ignore what’s happening on Instagram, the best source of challenge motivation ever.  Check out what some uber-fit Instagram fitness stars are doing: it’s called the Bikini Series, and it’s brought to you by the Tone it Up Girls, a.k.a. Karena and Katrina (K&K).
