Who doesn’t love Fall decorating? Apples, gourds and (our favorite!) pumpkins! Some of you are pretty handy and really go to town carving, drilling and do all sorts of things to your pumpkins with sharp items and power tools. And then there are the rest of us. We would love to express our creativity with a really cool carved pumpkin but have neither the time, nor the inclination (or just want to make sure we don’t lose any fingers) to do it.
Therefore we’ve rounded up some very easy no carve pumpkin ideas.
For this trio, you’ll need paint, thumbtacks, ribbon or plastic spiders. You’ll find all the details to make your own here: no-carve pumpkin decorating | The Neighborhood (includes a video too!)
Now for those of you who hate the idea of buying a fresh pumpkin then decorating it just to watch it rot and dye, this is the perfect no carve pumpkin for you. The trick is to use fake pumpkins. Economical and can be used year after year. Tutorial here Blinged out Pumpkins – Denise Designed.

Great idea, I like the one with spiders on it!
Love this! The thought of using a sharp knife to achieve such detail frightens me more than the costumes my boys want to wear! I love the blinged-out pumpkins, too… a perfect way to merge mom and boys! 😉
Great idea, love the spider one!
What great ideas! I can’t wait to try some of these as I am terrible with carving 🙂 Thank you
